No offense taken. It's mellow. I agree. It's been frustrating. The new box will solve a lot. We've been fending off tons of Denial of Service attacks too. Not cool. Look at it this way - for every time you've had a page that takes 2 minutes to load, I've had an hour of cussing and dealing to do.
