If you are serious then talk to a good tax accountant/lawyer as the evidence of a 'legal' method is as important as the method itself. I don't know what exactly the penalty in the US are if the IRS discovers an a hidden, taxable chunk, but in Canada the penaltys start at multiples of the money and go up to jail time from there.
