thanks for the good wishes, mags....it makes me happy to share it with you all

Maddy is doing great, as is Mom. Everything has gone really well.

Our 4.5 year old son Forest initially wanted to name her "Worms" and said that she could sleep under the truck in the garage. HA! When asked for a prettier name, he said "Powder Snow". (the subtle power of maggot suggestion at work) It made sense that I should name my daughter after one of my favorite things in the world, and it gives Forest a sense of continuity too. Good stuff.

Further updates in a day or two. Check back in for more baby bliss....

You guys have chosen most excellent names for your kids.

(I actually worked for a guy whose name was Forest Sherwood. Confused the hell out of people when he introduced himself.)

Forest sounds a lot like some boys I know (MD, Meats).

A BIG congrats on your new baby.
I want a 6" travel 20lb MTB. I found the 20lb MTB, but only good for riders under 87 pounds.

Our baby girl is kicking up a storm lately. Set the plate on her belly and it WILL fall off from the force.

Not Tap, but my best advise is enjoy every single day with her. They grow and change so fast.

    And Tap, she's gorgeous.
