it is safe to assume that for wednesday, march 17th the alpine areas at whislter/blackcomb will most likely be closed, correct?

sorry to make this my first post, but i have to reschedule things for tomorrow if i want to go up on thursday instead of wednesday..

any advice is appreciated - i am assuming wed is a no go/don't bother?
