    Alta open back up Fri morn to uphill travel

    From what I understand, the backcountry is also open for uphill travel, the only difference is that never closed....and you can do multiple laps without hitting your own or someone elses tracks.

    Just a thought.

    yeah, but they bombed the hell out of that place today. i'd rather be where i only have to worry about the fresh layer than the whole pack.

    I crossed more tracks on Cardiff saturday than at Alta monday morning. Just have to get up there early, don't be scared!
