    Arsenal v. Manchester (NSR)

Finally saw the game last night on Fox Sports World. Wow. Started out fast and just got more frantic as the game went along.

van Nistelrooy is a lot like John Stockton. Comes across as an angel, but plays dirty. Cleats to Cole's shin was poor.

How anyone competes against Manchester is beyond me. RVN, Rinaldo, Rooney, Smith and Saha all up front. I guess Henri is the great equalizer.
Charlie, here comes the deuce. And when you speak of me, speak well.

The newspapers here are all over that game because there was a big fight inb the tunnerl/dressing room afterwards. Ashley Cole threw pizza and pea soup over Alex Ferguson and Edu twatted van Nistelrooy. Brilliant.

Has Tim Howard lost his mojo?

word is that cole was actually aiming for ruud b/c of his tackle on him (for which he'll probably get a 3 match ban), but fergie got caught in the crossfire.

I think Ferguson has just realised he's American
Carroll is playing out of his skin at the moment. Some of the claims he made against Thierry Henry the other night were world class.

As an aside, Aresenal were playing Manchester City in the Cup last night. Apparently there was a sign placed in the tunnel just outside the away dressing room that said "No Pizza Or Soup Beyond This Point". Arsenal were fielding a third string side and still beat City 2-1. To give you an idea as to how young they were, Jermaine Pennant was the second oldest outfield player and he's just turned 21.
