    Thumbs up Starwars: Battlefront

I am hopelessly and completely addicted. This game is frickin' awesome. With what appears to be the same engine as SOCOM, the possibilities are endless. I never buy a $50 game but this one was worth it. Get it, buy a sack, and kiss your life goodbye.

My roomate and I rented that from Blockbuster recently. We were so hooked... We're thinking of buying one and splitting it 50-50... I'm hoping we don't, because between that and this board, I'll never get anything done.

me and my roommate bought this when it came out. it's definitely fun, but it got old after a while. the battles are almost always lopsided and once you start losing you are pretty much done...I think we had one battle where buddy came from behind and kicked my ass but pretty much if you put a gap of more than 15 reserve units between either team, the team with 15 more will always win. there are usually only 2 character classes worth using and the AI characters always steal the cars before you can get in them!!!! It's definitely a fun game, don't get me wrong. but when Mortal Kombat Deception came out...pretty much all the other games went bye bye...c'ept GTA of course.
    thats new hampshire as fuck

I'm with Vinz, I rented it, played about two nights. Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but I still prefer SOCOM.

Although they do seem to be better at patching the game than SOCOM. They had a new patch for SWBF the day it came out, and several since. I think if they had incorporated the friends list and clan ability from SOCOM it would be a much funner game.

PS, Rev, if you ever fire up SOCOM again let me know.

This game rocks and I haven't even played it with XBox live yet.
Also for any comic book nerds the X-Men legends game kicks ass. Bought both games on the same day and now I can't decide which one to play.
Put on your seat belt, I saw this in a cartoon once.
