Just steal one off of someone else's cd player? Just kidding, that seriously sucks though. A Pioneer dealer should be able to help, but the problem is you may need your receipt for proof of purchase which I'm guessing will be hard to come by especially if you didn't make the purchase, i.e., you bought the car with it in already.
