I'm sure that someone will post something about the lameness of telemarketing, but really, why not have one or two with some sick pow shots? Surely a token telemarker hammering down in the pow pow provides more stokage than the snowboarder sliding across an icy tabletop. Telemarking is just as much a part of Teton/JH history as snowboarding ever was, why not throw a short segment in?

FAIL...
I believe they allowed snowboards at JHMR before they lifted the restriction against telemarking.
I boiled my thermometer, and sure enough, this spot, which purported to be two thousand feet higher than the locality of the hotel, turned out to be nine thousand feet LOWER. Thus the fact was clearly demonstrated that, ABOVE A CERTAIN POINT, THE HIGHER A POINT SEEMS TO BE, THE LOWER IT ACTUALLY IS. Our ascent itself was a great achievement, but this contribution to science was an inconceivably greater matter.

Pretty sure its because hammerhead, route 22, etc doesn't offer them any cash to throw thier athletes in there.
