If you like shit-your-pants movies then check this out for a shot of adrenaline. Somewhat similar to "The Ring".
The only thing I didn't like about it is you don't see Sarah Michelle Gellar's pert little titties.

i went into the grudge blind on friday night, not knowing anything about the film. "its pg-13, cant really be scary", well i was wrong. not the most plot intensive thriller. but i don't think i've ever shouted out loud in a girls voice as i did on friday. the imagry is creepy, and they fully set you up so you know you are about to shit your pants, but you also know its only a matter of time, and you can't possibly controll that spincter. like supu said its scary kinda like the ring, but i thought it was more freaky.
