    Possible trip to Alta

Okay so i might be going on a trip to Alta which is sick but its around Easter. I was wondering from the veteran utards, does it still snow around easter or am i looking at conditions like spring skiing. Cause either ways its okay with me, but powder would still be nice.
Warning Powder may be deeper than it appears.

One of the best days I have ever had at Alta was April 22nd. It can snow anytime in March and April and snow big... but it can also be dry and warm. Unless there is some fresh snow I would say you should expect spring conditions.

Expect spring to be surprised by pow is the name of the game at that time of year. Either way, it will be a good time!!

That was a fucking sick week! As for April, it's still one of the snowiest months of the year. My 5 years in Utah averaged two big storms each April (and not nearly as many people). Spring or Pow in the Wasatch, really can't go wrong.
