    Curious pat, what are mine?
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

You have the hybrids I have except I put the 45/45 carbon under the topsheet of mine (which is the top layer in the photo below of an all carbon pair) and you got the two colored 0/90 carbon layers (the under layers in the photo). When working with two layers of triaxial glass and two layers of carbon, it makes flipping the different carbon weaves around fairly easy but a little tricky. My pair was kind of a test pair. From the bottom up my pair has a 0/90 carbon/triax glass/core/triax glass/ then 45/45 carbon on top. I believe we only did one pair that way. The one pair left and the pair Jed just got are like yours.

Elisa is killing it this year on her Llasas. They have especially made her faster on traverses where she can carry more speed now. Less hiking=more skiing. Here is a photo of her using them properly.

kevino, your skis are the hybrids like mine and whyturns.

But there's a story behind the 187 Fats...

Lhasas helped me through this tight steep chute. Every turn was a gamble with a pucker factor ante and a huge payoff.

Finally got the new 191 Fats out in some real pow.
They loved it and I loved the skis.
They killed the fresh easily but then really shined once it got cut up.

My Lhasa's will be here Monday! dynafit is for sure. Trying to decide if I should mount for alpine too.

Holy shit they're here today! And they're stiffer than my 192s. Do I mount for sollyfits or dynafit/FKS?

Which ones did you get mang? You were thinking 191 Fat, IIRC? I'd go dynafit/FKS for sure! (or DynaLook if you require some plate action).

Nice! That's what I did to mine. I actually used an adapter plate for the FKS to Plum toepeice, just FWIW. Check the quiver rerun thread for pics.

So inserts for fks and a plate that screws to it for plum/dynafit? That sounds pretty good. But I wouldn't be able to ski tomorrow.

Sure you would - just not on dynafits. Personally, I wasn't confident in mounted the toe pieces so closely together. But maybe you're more comfortable mounting. Having only done one previous mount when I did mounted them, the ability to get the pattern right with a drill press into plastic was comforting. Plus, I like shimming the toe of the dynafit/plum binder to null the ramp angle.

People have done inserts for both, tho. I'm sure you'll be fine.

I'm going to do inserts for sollyfits. I'll do my 192's at the same time. That's where my sollyfits are now. I like the dynafit ramp angle.

From the rim of Atlantic Bowl, Loveland Pass...

Looking south to Keystone, Guyot, Breck, the 10 mile Range & Quandry...

North to Bethel, Parnassus & Sniktau...

this was the only place in Summit Co that got snow last week... and we hit it the next day... and had our best runs of the week with actual pow to float in the collection zones.. 3 laps.. the third coming after brats beers & tequila shots on the beach @ ABasin..

No LP action shots as I'm the one with the camera..

beautiful place on a bluebird day..
