    Stoked

Just received my Colorado Pass in the mail, so I can hit A-Basin now. The pic is pretty good. I'll scan it if I can.

Also just received some Loveland cheap ticket 4 packs in the mail too, so now I can do up Loveland for $22 if I want. If anyone else needs one in the next couple weeks, lemme know - you can buy one off of me and I can order more before the 15 of Nov I think.

And finally, just received my new HH pants in the mail. Look to be one of the best ski pants I've had. Great cut, not too spendy, different color for me, place to hang my jibz rag, etc.

I tell ya, somedays, I really love the mailwoman. Once in a while, I even give her a little kiss. It makes her foot go up like in the movies, so I must be doing something right. Maybe it's the tongue, I dunno.

FYI, all you urban jib types...Sarah Burke and Mike Douglas are going to be at the Flatirons Mall Waterfall outside of the Helly Hanson store doing a serious rail session with other locals, in early Nov. Like, the 5th or 6th or so. If you've got mad steez, you can get in on the action I think, got to send a vid to the HH store by some cutoff date (may have passed already), and if you're like the rest of us (with no fukking skillz), you should at least show up and check it out.

thanks for puttin that up, Yoss. douglas. . . at the mall?! gives me this image of some britney spearsish lookalike, dance stage setup in the middle of the mall, screaming fans, but then she suddenly throws a misty off the stage and plugs whistler. no disrespect to douglas, the guy's killing it, not my point.

skiing's image/role in pop culture definitely changed a lot in the past decade. who'd have thought we'd access the cherished US mall circuit?

so, if any budding maggots are gonna throw down with mike and sarah, post your plans so we can come support,eh? would be cool to see a maggot collective there. I'll come if i'm still down here then.

I've boycotted that POS mall. Skiing and malls-two things that shouldn't have any association with each other.

One reason you might want to reconsider in this case. Junkie, meet Sarah. Interviews and features on powdermag.com:

    heh.

    Fair enough, but still...

I will say, I know of one gentleman from the board who was, at one point, hanging out with Burke (among many others), and in a fine show of class, proceeded to get roaring drunk and pass out under a parked car while wearing some sort of retro ski outfit, I believe.

You know what, you're right! We are scary. Take this guy, for example. That's his pass picture, so you know he's not making faces or anything.

Actually, if you wouldn't mind, please explain to Ms. Burke what happened that afternoon, why I may have been spitting while talking, and where I "napped". Thanks.
