So waiting for the snow to finally fall in the PNW has worn me out. Its time to get back on the Surf Wagon. I'd like to get remote and barren, any recommendations on breaks or surf tours through Peru and southern Columbia?

It doesn't get any more remote or barren than norther Peru. The surf is alright, too. Get some.
