    NWS calling this the biggest Oct storm in 40 years in the bay area, as this storm is a Jan or Feb type special (lots of warm moisture from the south, combined with a massive low/cold front, and a pumping Jet stream straight outta AK) .....does this portend a massive winter ahead?

    I just got to school in reno, the snow level was about 8000 feet when I was driving. 431 was icey as fuck this morning, and I'm sure it'll be a blast to drive in at around 6 tonight on my way back to the lake
