Yeah! Just hiked around the North Side of Hood yesterday, up the Cooper Spur Ridge for a while. Beautiful, but no new snow. ALl that is changing!!

i sawr fresh on the tops of the cascades this morning on my way into kirkland. very very refreshing to see some new white up there.
weather outlook is nice for the week. showers and lowish temps. colder would be better but ya know, it's october. i ain't complainin none.

Chinnok might be good, or north cascades?

that's the wrong map. I'm a dumbass. Basically, if you get the last few days loops, it looks like most of the fresh ended out in the northern half of Washington.

sunrise road is closed. two weeks ago you could still get to the white river campground, but the sunrise road was gated off.
