    Looks nice, but I was hoping it was pics of snow falling or skiers tearin up some pow. I guess it won't be long now but it seems like forever.

    looks too much like baldy express in mineral basin. i too was expecting some snow in this thread.

    What she said. It looks like the new lift uses the same liftlines cut for the old ones and the top station unloads at the entrance ramp to the High-T.

    Goddamn I heart Alta. Thanks for the pics of the "Pain Train." I still think that's what we should call it amongst ourselves.

    Kinda cool that the order the pics are in make it seem that you're skiing rather than riding the lift!

    The new lift will be da shizzle. Alta was a mess on pow days anyway. New collins just means more verts between 3-4:30 on refill days when the tourists are spent and all you vally fuckers have called it a day.
