the last time gonz put this much poop up for sale we had 8 bucks between us in colorado and were about 3 weeks removed from our next paycheck.

by spreader bar do you mean the metal bar on the harness in the picture? if that is what you mean, yes that is included.

if you mean control bar, i have one of those that i want to get rid of too. also dakine. let me know if you need any more details.

is there any diff between a windsurfing harness and a kitesurfing harness? that looks just like a windsurfing harness..

Yes, most windsurfing harnesses have a big, fat "I RIDE POLE" written across the back. Besides that, they are very similar.

You use a windsurfing harness then.

Spreader Bar is the little metal bar, but the harness is to small for me. Might be interested in the control bar setup if you have anymore info.
