BEER! Maybe it has a few too many calories and it isn't really a snack but after enough beers you really don't care.

How about fruit or cole slaw? All my meals are low-fat except desserts (calories and fat don't count right after you eat a balanced meal! )

I heard spiders are pretty low-fat!

72Twenty - Cheddar flavored water is interesting, but doesn't exist so it isn't better than the Cheddar pretzels. TAKE THAT!!

No, it's not! Cheese needs texture...you have to chew it. Hell, even Cheese-Wiz has some substance.

Ahhhhh, Cheese-Wiz! As a kid, we never were content to simply eat the stuff, my sister and I always ended up Cheese-Wizing each other.

My favorite low-fat low-cal snack: sugar snap peas. I don't think I've ever put them back in the fridge - if I eat one, the whole bag is gone in a few minutes. Which, diet wise is great - I just wish they were cheaper...

If you have any room at all they are super easy to grow most of the year--they hate heat.

I was just looking at peanut butter. one serving (2 tablespoons-32 grams) has 16 grams fat, 2.5 grams of that is saturated.

Im glad I dont eat PB very often.

Most peanut butter has added crap (trans-fats, sugar, etc...), but the fat in nuts is actually really good for you in small quantitites - labeling it as just another saturated fat is misleading. I like the fresh ground almond butter you grind yourself at the store...
