Is there any particular reason that I am receiving email notifications of PM's approximately 12 hours after the PM has been sent?

I get PM's cc'd to my email that never appear in my TGR inbox. And that happens somewhat often.

Easy answer to both of your dilemas.
Shen - you are far away from tgr offices, and several time zones. It takes a while to get stuff to you. About 12 hours I would guess.
Gnarwhale - you live in a black hole. Wierd things happen in black holes.
