And the Winner is......................FNG's little bro Zac.

Let me explain how I arrived at this conclusion. All the candidates sounded worthy to me. I eliminated Skips buddy Devin since both CS and Playharder stepped up and offered to give the guy a hand. AKPM definitley got the most votes but in the end he admitted he didn't really need the boards-definitely a gesture of a true maggot. Telekoptero proved he was worthy from the start by nominating someone else along with offering up his t2's for anyone in need. However seeing that he is now gainfully employed as a ski schoolio, he will have access to pro deals, and if he gets his psia, the pro deals get even better. As for Mr. Powder, he definitely sounded worthy enough although his employment status as patrol director would have affected my decision, seeing as how I never heard anything further on that I can only assume he got the job. As for FNG's bro, he is putting himself through school, living far away from any real mountains, I like to think recieving these boards will help stoke the ski bum fire within, either way maggot or not I think he is more then deserving. Who knows maybe it will motivate him to finish up that school shit and get his ass in the mountains. So FNG, pm me the ship info for your bro and I'll get the shinizzel out to ya.

    Thumbs up

In the spirit of giving and thinking these skis had no binders, I have some Rossignol Power 120 or some Look Pivot 12 (both demo's) bindings with fat brakes. They aren't free, however they could be had for the promise of beer and shipping, or just the beer if you pick them up.

He did get the job and said he was going to come here himself to decline the nomination, but apparently never got around to it.

    easyrdr is officially the mang.

Zac's seen me looking at the same black & blue website every day since he got here in September. He's seen me break out into uncontrollable laughter, spraying all over the screen whatever I happened to be drinking at the time. There's a picture taped to our fridge of 'some guy' doing the "finger moustache". Oh, and we still can't get that damned "It Rubs the Lotion on its Skin" song/video out of our heads. *thanks phUnk*

A couple years ago while I was home for Christmas break, I was packing up a newish pair of Spys to ship them out for the "Free Gear Thread". When Zac asked me if I had sold them, I replied, "Nah, I'm giving them away to a guy on the internet. Yeah yeah, I know I sound like a big dork, but it's good karma."

The moral of those little anectdotes is that you guys, and this place are the best thing to happen to the internet; Friendster.com can eat shit.

easyrdr, what can I say? You've made a kid's dream come true - and not the nasty one with Ted Nugent and the donkey either. I wish I still had the "heated truck bed" around. I can't say thanks enough. You're an exemplary maggot and human being.

Zac will be back from work later tonight to say thank you himself and to start his TGR addiction.

    Peace, love, and powder...

    - Ben

p.s. Crashed, the Tyrolia D8's off Zac's beat-to-shit Max Zeros are making the move over to the Pistols. Thanks though.

Well, can't say i wasn't hoping, but FNG's got soul and his bro, by association. and it's true, puttin yourself through school and skiing isn't easy. right on, easy. Hope he loves 'em.

The T2's (that's the 3 buckle one) are older, pretty packed out, but ski well. supportive, fun, the whole shebang.
size 10/11, and have some repair to a pen sized hole on the inside toe of one boot. The repair is bomber and is easy to redo if there's a problem, some supplies of the stuff i used will be included, an extremely tacky material that stays put. did a lotta research on it actually, on telemarktips.com and teton so, I fixed 'em at the time with my use in mind, not just to sell off to some unfortunate jonger. I'd really like these to go to a deserving maggot who's down on the funds and psyched to tele.

so let's keep the thread going. holler if you know someone who could use em.

[edit: boot says size 10/11. my hoofs are 11.5, fit fine. scarpa tends to run one size lower. scarpa size X = street shoe size X + 1.

Again thanks alot you are all the shit and some worthy maggots. Easyrdr you are the man and if there's anything you ever need let me know. I'll have to buy you a six pack. Thanks again to you all for the votes.

    Max, is that you?
Avoid employing unlucky people - throw half of the pile of resume's in the bin without reading them.

    RE Seth Pistols

I saw this thread and decided to contribute a pair of Rossi Axiom 120 bindings with maybe 40 days max on them (din is up to 12) to whomever the Pistols are going to. I dropped them at Rusty's during the ski tune party. I'm changing over to Fritchies and my Garmonts are much more comfortable then my Alpine boots. They are boxed up and ready to ship .
Just PM me or Rusty once you guys decide.
