Seriously... one of the most progressive movies I've seen in years! Awesome job TGR and athletes! Thoroughly enjoyed that! It might be my most favorite TGR film since High Life.

What do you mean by progressive? The big mountain skiers finally caught up with what Jeremy Jones has been throwing down for years? That is more of a damn shame then anything else. Since he took off sans heli he stepped it up again and the luckless skiers will have to step it up again to even keep snowboarding in sight.
I have not seen it yet, though. I 'm just guessing.

On the big mountain stuff, I was sort of underwhelmed because of the same thing. Iv'e been watching Jeremy pretty much since he's put out films, so I guess I can't get too excited when skiers do what he did 5 years ago. Originally Posted by carpathian

You know what would be real progressive?
If TGR filmed some sort of hybrid athlete that could shralp like Jones on the board one run and then shred on the skis like Harrison the next run. That might further promote unity and inspiration across the aisle, both ways.
It seems like sponsors would be all over that.

Spyplane just confirmed what I was guessing. Skiers chasing snowboard progression... got it. Except ski jibbers they are chasing roller blade progress.
Was it the Obama comment? Sorry, I know politics don't belong in skiing. I was just trying to spice up your thread.
