Hah! The only thing worse than losing to NW'ern is losing to a Div. II team.

I can't wait to see them take out Michigan.

Yeah, and fuck you too, considering this is a year that most Buckeye fans considered a rebuilding year (note 17 drafted from last years team), the Buckeyes were bound to lose a game, especially to a team that hasn't beaten them since 1971.

Next year we'll have more experience and be ready to win the big ten and the national championship when it returns to the Rose Bowl.

But you won't have Nugent to pull you out of close games.

You lost to Northwestern. Not UM, not Purdue, not Iowa, not MSU, but Northwestern.

It's too bad because I wanted to see OSU take out UM in November.

All I need now is a Purdue loss and the Gophers will control their own destiny in the Big 10.

They control their own destiny, but they've got pretty tough road games in both Michigan this week and Wisconsin next month. Both teams are decent this year, deciding factor will be whether or not Minnesota can stop Braylon Edwards (who is looking impressive) as well as stopping Anthony Davis (who also is looking impressive).

I'm sorry, but as much as I hate Michigan, they'll mow down the Gophers.

    And Purdue.

I hate to even give Michigan props, but trust me on this.

There is no title game in the big ten, it is determined by how a big ten team finishes in the big ten, hence why there have been so many shared titles in the big ten in the past.

Only way the Big Ten will have a title game is if a 12th team is added at which point the NCAA will allow a championship game to be held.

there is no way Purdue will lose to Michigan......I hate to say it but I think the Boilermakers are for real....definitely best in the Big 10.

    It's a sad day when a PSU alum/fan can't talk smack in a Big 10 football thread.

    B, please.

Purdue's offense has played a bunch of cupcake defenses so thus far. ND's D was the best thus far, and that ain't saying much.

Michigan will pimp-slap some Big 10 reality into Tiller, Orton, and Stubblefield.

well they certainly handled MSU and UoM so...

although this is the first time in 42 years that we're worried about frickin' NAVY.
As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way.
