    TR: LL 2009

Some others TRs from south america, inspired me to share this little TR. So I'll leave you some of the few pics from my season at LL this year. I hope you can enjoy the pics.
    Location: Las Lenas, Mendoza
Date: Several weeks during this season
    Skiers: Tomi25 and some friends

The season started at mid June, there was an early big snowfall. The results:

The opening! We managed to ski some inbounds powder, marte lift was not open and we weren't allowed to go on the backcountry. Despite that, we didn't have a bad time. Some epic start.

    Vulcano pow

    Some friends:
    Felipe

    Joaquin

    Some July stoke

    Scenics from el collar:

    El collar

Looking back from insbruck while enjoying a beer

    Juno

    Some morning pow

    Eduardo

    Untill next year

Hope to see you all next year. Now it's time to enjoy the northen hemisphere season!

    Thanks,

    Tomi

Nice work! Not trying to be a douche, but it seems like LL snow always looks wind hammered in these TR's. Is that true?

Thanks you all for the comments!

yeah wind if an often problem at LL, you might be lucky to have 1 or 2 powder days but then the wind harmms everything. The first pics show a day that was epic after a 50 cm snowfall. On the morning, there was an amazing deep pow, and then in the afternoon, when I took the pics, it was completly wind harmed. In a matter of hours conditions changed a lot. Despite that there are always some spots which stay good...

Nos vemos el año que biene por una MEJOR temporada con mucho POLVO (pow)!

Gracias a vos! That's interesting, I've never raced on my life, that's just how I learned to ski here in Argentina, I'm young and I'm really interested in improving my skills. I have a lot more to learn. So thanks for that... If any of you need anything in BA or Arg, any recomendation or help just PM me... I'll be glad to help you.

Since you are in the know in Argentina any truth to the rumor that the malaysian TSA sold Las Lenas to a brazilian? If so who bought it? What all did they sell?

    thanks,
