that some people here can't get through a day without starting a flame war, reverting to behavoir that even a 3 year old would find embarrassing and otherwise causing a shit storm.

ONS and the kind folks at TGR provide us with this forum to exchange ideas, provide stoke, stay connected and spread the good word. Lets not abuse that privilege. Let's not degrade ourselves as an online community.

If you absolutely have to take a shot at someone publicly, go for it. Take your shot and be done with it. A well placed one-liner can be far funnier and more devastating than a whole thread full of drivel. If you don't know how this is done, follow ice's examples. Don't drag it out into a 5 page thread. That is just bullshit.

Am I saying we all have to get along? No. But the bullshit bickering has to stop. I know you're all bigger than that. We're a great bunch of people. Let's demonstrate that with our actions and our words........................and leave the petty squabling to some other forum.

PS. Ignoring drivel and barbed personal attacks like the post below is a great way to stop it in it's tracks. The ignore function works well too. As they say, don't feed the trolls.
