Good for you mang. After those wings last night, my stomach was in no mood for something like that this AM.

Hope Mommy Punani get out of IC soon.

Don't you know Punani has a cast iron stomach? I heard that he once ate a piece of week old pizza that he found underneath the seat of his car.

I heard you can still find pieces of said cast-iron stomach all over Kirkwood if you look hard enough.

    Update on my momma....
9/12- Aneurysm burst to Subarachnoid hemorrhage

    9/13- Surgery

    9/17- Angiogram/Angioplasty reveals Grade 3 Vasospasms

    9/20- Ventriculoperitoneal shunt

9/21- Epileptic seizures triggered by vasospasms... cranial arteries start shutting down. Red fucking alert. Neurosurgeons gave her a 50/50 chance of survival. I pray to the big guy above, like I've never done before in my life.

9/22- 3rd surgery. Blood clot removed. Temporal Lobectomy performed. Operation was successful. Neurodoc's facial expressions after the surgery made it looke like he just skied 10,000 vert of light dry bottomless pow and stuck a string of 100 50-footers. TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) diagnosed. Rehab time ~2-6 months.

9/27- Mom opens her eyes for the first time since the surgery. She has the peaceful and wide-eyed look of a newborn infant, minus the crying. Neurodoc tells us that the critical stage has passed, and we're now looking at recovery and rehab.

9/28- Wide awake, not talking yet, but the look in her eyes tells us that everything's gonna be okay.
