DO a SEARCH JONG! But since you just created a new thread ill save you time. the answer is no, unless you do a little binding mod, and even then you can only use them with the climbing bail at its highest setting.

I did a search JONG - there was nothing about this particular binding, I think they are the same as Looks, but I needed a definate answer as they are on EBAY and was thinking about bidding..

Yes, they are the same as Look bindings. Where do you ski that you've never seen a Look binding?

Yes you can use the treckers with the rossi/look anal probe bindings. I used em with P12s for a year. It maybe like have a very small heel elevator on all the time depending on your length (ie your trecker heel may rest at the edge of the anal probe insted of truly flat. It's workable but can be slightly annoying if you are going over full flats. You'll figure out the proper way to adjust your trecker length and bail position to minimize the problem.

as someone posted in an earlier thread you can use trekkers with looks/rossis if you have the heel lifts up, this sucks for going over flats, but if you plan on going over flats then you really shouldn't be using trekkers
    • Excessive, obsessive gear questioning 10 yards, loss of down
    • Not using techtak 5 yards
    • Excessive spraying 10 yards loss of down

Yes, they do work, I use 'em on the older-style Look heel. They bonk a little but get the job done. Trekkers are somewhat annoying, as mentioned. Sometimes it's like trying to drive a school bus up Teton Pass in winter in the corners, but they do get you up the hill for slightly more money (factor in your binding and trekker price tags together) and hastle than Freerides; which will make you feel alot better when you're klumpin' up the hill and your bro on Freerides is already at the top.

I actually have a pair of trekkers, but living back east now, it doesn't make sense to invest in an AT setup $$ - I have used them in an older pair of Looks, but recalled that peeps said they were NFG in newer Looks - I have been eyeing some used setups on Ebay, and wanted some that would work for a minor BC jaunt when and if I get out west. I see many used Bandits out there set up with Look/Rossi's.. Also I believe the Dynastar Intuitivs use the Look binding only if I heard right..?

if you're thinking about buying bindings and thinking about touring, why not just buy some freerides instead?

Why not? There's plenty of places in the East you can tour... Also, don't forget the cog wheel at Mt. Washington is opening for skiers (I think, right?). Don't buy into the "you need little skis to ski the east." Bigger makes you look more gnar.

I can use my trekkers with my looks.

I would take the the skis or the trekkers to the bindings and see if they work.
