    +++++Positive Vibes Needed Once Again+++++

    Just got off the phone with my mom, one of our close friends to the family died of a massive heart attack this afternoon. He was jogging in Fort Collins this afternoon (he jogged 3 miles 4 times a week) and suffered a heart attack near Rolland Moore Park. What makes this even more unerving is that my father is the same age (58) and has a bypass 2 years ago. Puts alot of things in perspective and reminds you to live life to the fullest everyday.
    When you gonna get dem' Duke Boys!?!?

    Don't ever take life for granted, live each like it's your last....I've lost too many friends and learned this lesson too many times.

    Word up to what everyone said. My uncle in Aina Haina HI lost his best friend this summer, a guy who was 56, ran triathalons, yet died of a heart attack jogging. ALWAYS tell people who mean something to you what they mean, every time you get the chance, cause you never know....

    My Mom passed away 6 years ago (tender age of 58). It wasn't sudden, but she deeply rued not having done anything, waiting for retirement to buy her cabin in the mts.....

    I miss her still every day, but I have learned so much from her death:

    1. Tell everyone how much you care all the time. There's nothing to lose and you will never regret it if you do..

    2. Don't put off until later the things that are really important to you. Start working on them now and setting things up so they can be accomplished.

    3. Hang out with people that give you energy and make you feel good; life is too short to be mired in shit.

    Of the dozen or so friends and family that have passed away in the past 10 years, I can honestly say that only one of them was following his dreams and doing exactly what he wanted. The rest were "waiting," "saving," and "dreaming."

    So..

    Work like you don't need the money (do what you want; if you like it, you will become good at it!)

    Love like you've never been hurt

    Dance like nobody's watching

    Sing like nobody's listening.

    Live your life like this is Heaven on Earth
