    Paraglide Queenstown, NZ 9/25/04 TR

On the 9/25/04, Nick flew Skier666 and Mrs. 666 above the lake...it was Mrs. 666's first time so she was a little nervous.

    Tandem

They make you go tamdem? Back in the early 90's they would let you go solo, with minimal training.

Your killing me with your TR's....
Oh how I want out of this cube.

Nice pics. Looks like a nice launch site and grassy LZ. How far above launch did you get? Or was it a sled ride to the LZ?

Your pics kind of make me want to fly again. I flew for about four years and gave it up last year.

Got a short 5mb helmet cam vid of a flight in Yelapa, Mexico a couple years ago. Beautiful place to fly.

Yeah...I have NO experience in flying other than as a passenger on a airplane. So, I'll let my friends fly me...until I have the time or dying need to fly solo...with the extra weight we've done some wicked spirals to the ground.

The location is pretty sick and they even do heli trips to fly you off almost any mountain you want....

Its basically on the top of a moutain and you can take off either side depending on the wind. You land in the Rugby fields in town....so its pretty easy.
