Keep kids skiing pass it down thread...keep it going

Sold - 4frnt YLE COYOTE 137 $50. Unfortunately I lent the setup to a friend and they busted the heel pieces on both bindings so they are useless. I do have BD skins that fit the skis if interestedClick image for larger version.

The jacket arrived quickly and was exactly as described. I couldn't tell if anyone even tried it on. Thanks for passing along a great deal @ski-wpk

    I have a little guy who turned 2 in September. 2'11" tall(or, about 88cm.

Looking to graduate him from his strapon plastic skis, to "real" boots and skis at some point this winter/spring. Looking for the smallest boots and skis available... anyone holding?

WTB 110ish skis to turn into little kid touring skis. Bindings can be crap or removed. Would love if they were at least 80 underfoot. Flatish tail preferred but open to anything
    LMK if you have anything.

I’m not holding, but for reference, and I could be mistaken, but I believe 15.5 mondo (about 8.5K street shoe) and 70cm skis are about as small as you can get. Roces makes an adjustable 16.0-18.5 boot that sometimes pops up in this thread. Could possibly give you like 3-4 seasons of use.

I believe I found a 14.5 when my oldest was two, but we decided to go with the 15.5 as it is the same shell size without a spacer and would work for longer. At that age so long as they dont pull out of the boot when it is buckled it's all good.

The first time we had my younger kid on skis, it went pretty well until he got tired and I picked him up to bring him back to the car.

At that point, first one then the other ski drops, boots included.

I did the straps up more tightly after that and didn't run into the same issue again, but it was still possible to get the boot off his foot.

Off-topic since both my kids have yet to grow out of the 15.5s, but I do strongly recommend the Fischer One. They'll probably be tough to find used since they were a new product last year, but they've worked really well for our little ones.

If someone comes across a pair of Moment Carson 146cm with Look NX binders ‘for sale’ in the mountain west I’d appreciate a heads up. Wolf top sheet. They went missing with a pair of black diamond whippet poles at beaver mountain Utah. Suppose someone needed them more than my daughter that day (12/22/23).

Last minute Xmas/Boxing Day gifts for your kids. Make an offer if you don’t like the prices.

What kind of asshole steals kids skis?

Some 70cm-80cm real skis with adjustable bindings. With some really small boots. This would be for a 2 year old

Anyone selling kids skis in 125-130ish length? Preferably with demo binders, and in overall good condition. For my son, so no flower topsheets please. Would love mindbender jr / rustler jr, or something similar.

I’d say 80 is too long. I’d look 65-70cm, ideally and use those for 2+ years, depending.
My boys just stepped up to 80-90 here last month as recent 4y/o, skiing blues/blacks

WTB powder skis, looking for anything in the 130-150 cm range. I’m in Truckee. Both kids are on Mantras but I’d like to get them something fatter w more rocker for the deeper Tahoe days now that they’re strong enough for it.
