Saw that one out a plane window yesterday afternoon. Very impressive burn! Just got back to town but from what I heard, crews have it relatively under control. Prescribed burn in the lower Gros Ventre and another decent blaze in the Bearpaw Bay area have these parts damn hazy!

Just talked with the Park Service. Bearpaw Bay fire is just about at the GTNP road and expected to grow with the strong winds in the forecast today. The YNP fire seen in the pic above is also gonna grow, big time.
