So we have a few photos in this thread and I've now upgraded how we store them all:
"People blame me because these water mains break, but I ask you, if the
water mains didn't break, would it be my responsibility to fix them then?
    WOULD IT!?!"

I was thinking the same thing when I "discovered" this on Monday. I have two tower sites very close to the resort, one of them in the lower parking lot. I bet going off the back side would be a great tour, maybe next time (I did have to snowshoe for quite a while to reach one of the sites, it was a nice walk).

In europe, the neon color scheme isnt viewed as "cool" or "retro". All the scandanavians gave me funny looks and didnt understand why my skis were so old. "your skis, they are not new, no?" Only a canadian at the Okay tele shop in engelberg gave a nod towards the retro quiver choice.

Do you happen to know the year of those skis? I just picked up a pair of those (exactly those graphics).

I saw your thread with that...apparently they are from 92-93. A guy at stowe was on them and ran down the entire explosiv production line standing on Lord.

They originally came with 957s on them. (Which are enroute to Marshal as of this morning)

1992-93? I thought the Explosiv had a 10 year run, ending in 2004-05.

So if they date back to 1992, these must be the very first year. Any idea what year the K2 "Big Kahuna" topsheeted Explosiv is from? (Have one of those now too.)

Just looking through the buyers guide of Powder this year and there is an article about the Explosiv and the first season was 93-94.
