You no longer give two shits about what other people think about your skis. They let you rage down the mountain instead of trying to jib and butter your way down the hill in the back seat. Quit fighting the inevitable. Remember, if you don't join the dark side this year you'll only be one year older when you do...
I guess... I've never liked floppy jib pow skis anyway, wait, do 193 or 203 Shiros count as floppy jib skis, cause those both charge, well the 203s do more then the 193s. I did make the change to Kastle MX 98s and only crusty old fucks ski those. Since I don't really care what anyone else thinks, where can I find a pair of either new or lightly used Pro Riders?

The first I kept up with the crusty old guys was a pretty cool feeling. I didn't feel quite like a tourist any more, partially like I might some day be considered a local, the crusty old fuck the young wipper snapper looks at in envy on powder days because they always seem to be covered in more powder and have a bigger smile then anyone else.

I do know a crusty old fuck who might be able to help me find me a pair of these mythical LP105s that will allow me to complete the metamorphosis from young buck to old fuck.

I did get a chance to follow, I was actually invited [emoji33], an old fuck last winter to one of his powder stashes, and was in envy of his Stockli Stormriders, but they don't come long enough. The LP105s do.

But are they better than Monster 108s??

Monsters are heavier, stiffer, and faster according to Blister. I actually find them stupid-easy to ski too..

How did you get those "Powder Week" Atomic Bases?

I saw those on the cover of a local JH magazine like 4 years ago, always wanted them.

I think two of the coolest skis are hiding. I spy spats and axioms
If ski companies didn't make new skis every year I wouldn't have to get new skis every year.

179 K2 Promo Skis (Think they are basically Public Enemys/Silencers)
    174 Dynastar Speedzone 12
    194 Dynastar 4x4 Bigs
    186 Dynastar Powertrac 89
    186 Dynastar Legend Pro
    192 Dynastar LP105 x2
    189 Dynastar Cham 107 2.0
    200 DPS Lotus 120 Pure

    209? Salomon Equipe 88s?

This quiver needs some BillyGoats and I will consider it complete.

    Very nice!

How do you like the Speedzone 12? I sold my Nordica Firearrow 80 Pros a few years back and have missed having a dedicated carver.

Want to let me borrow the extra pair of LP105s [emoji6]

They are rippy and grippy. Tip, build g-forces, slingshot to next turn, repeat. Makes the inevitable high-pressure hardpack we get in Washington really fun. I think if someone doesn't have a ski like that in their quiver, they should fix that problem. So much fun.

Tell me where you're getting the stash on new ones.... then we can work something out.

When ever I'm 'working' and we are in a dry spell, I'll borrow a pair of similar skis from the Demo tent for a few hours and just rip around like a mad man. We talk about and lust over all these 100+ underfoot skis and yet some of the most fun I have is on an 80ish wide carver. For some reason they always seem to be stashed in a back corner covered in dust, and yet they are one of the most exciting responsive skis they have for those conditions. Silly tourists never seem to listen, they want fat skis on days where groomers are where it's at and their trust old skinny skis on pow days.

I started telling tourists about the late great Shane McConky and his fight to bring us fat skis, and why they should get some fat skis for powder days! They look at me like I'm an alien and I ski away shaking my head. No Gnar points for them.

He who shall not be named has one pair of lightly used, 15 days or so, LP105s with a professionally repaired badly compressed edge. He who shall not be named also hasn't gotten back to me with pictures or how much he wants for his pair of lightly used LP105s.

Because I'm cheap , my main hill is rocky as fuck and I'd rather ski on $50 Dynastars (Big Dumps) than $500 ON3Ps.

What size are they? You interested in selling them, my dad needs a pair? He is starting to slow down a bit. Serious.

I do. They were my dad's. When he handed them to me, he said, "these are one of my favorite skis ever, don't break them."

They have hundreds of days on them... the edges are thin and one sidewall is crushed underfoot.

188cm. I would sell them but they have been mounted twice. No idea what the first mount was. Second mount is for QKs 297 bsl. $150 shipped?
