Snow?
It has rained a few times and dropped below freezing a few times here, but unfortunately not at the same time. It did hail once and graupel once on us. Can we ski on a foot of hail? It's sure worth a try! Still....it's only the beg. of Oct., and I'm hoping all this moisture is a sign of things to come (as well as things that are already here!). Just read on NOAA that it might be a moderate (up from a mild?) El Nino. I knew just what that meant in SoCal, but how about Colorado? All the cool graphs and charts show average to above average precip. Pike's Peak is covered in snow.
