How to avoid getting pulled over (video)

    Amazing driving. Simply amazing driving.
After this guy gets out of jail, he has a future as a Hollywood stunt driver.

I love how the second cop slows down thinking he has his man then gets burned as the guy in the Mustang floors it.

you'd think that mustang could outrun those cruisers. musta had the shitty 4 cyl.

on a sidenote: does anyone else get the urge to run from the polize? not just in cars but motorcycles, on foot

I've seen that before, but without the added music. The newscaster trying to describe the scene just gives up after a while and you can hear the rest of the newsroom cheering for the mustang.

Sometimes I walk up to mall security and just take off. Get a rush w/o the annoying sting of pepper spray.

Cop cars are usually pretty stacked under the hood, especially if it's say, CHP or something. In fact, the engine in there is probably similar to the 5.0ltr. V8 in some mustangs.

That last bit is pretty funny where instead of just pinning the car to the guardrail, the cop more or less pushes him onto the other road.

mustangs all in all are pretty slow.

crown vic cop cars have LT1's in them ( i think) same as c5 vettes

but the crown vics have alot more weight...

The NYS troopers have some tuned camaros however, and they are serisouly quick ( in a straight line at least)

I have a super cool po po freind who says cop cars are made to keep up with Mustang GT's. But then again a mustang GT is fast but it's not that fast.

How to avoid getting pulled over you ask :

    Don't let the woman drive.

How to avoid getting speeding tickets :

    Let the woman drive.

    Interesting dilema

Twice have I handed over the wheel to a chica, they both got pulled over for speeding ( well failure to recognise the speed limit chance) and twice they get off with a warning and I get asked to step out of the vehicle cause there is some dude out there who has the same name and birthdate except for a month difference and he is wanted. I'm just a little taller then him, so they say...

Seriously, I was expecting some nice maneuvers, but all the guy does is get bumped, end up backwards, and spin back around a few times. Madison Avenue features more daring driving (courtesy of Pakistan's finest) every day. It was probalby LA, right? They give out medals there for poeple who cand drive faster than tthirty in the rain, anyway.

    ???
crown vics are made by ford. I'm pretty sure they're not running a chevy motor in those.

All the "police interceptor" models have in them is the 2valve modular v-8. This is the same motor as the non-cobra mustangs. The crown vic is heavier but prolly closer to the mustang than you'd think. Still, if the mustang is a stick you should be able to walk from a cruiser. I couldn't watch the vid but it sounds like it was pretty close.

This would be a pretty good way to not get pulled over buy this.

My grandmother used to own an older white Caprice Classic that I maintained. When it came time for new tires I mounted the whitewalls in for that "police" look. I put many miles on that car in the fast lane with the headlights on, other drivers just peel away in front of you...

Was that Mrs. Roo going home from the wind up of her thesis celebration? Bad Roo might have taught her some tricks.
