TR: why you need to come to Norway

This is why I love Norway. Paddling opportunities everywhere. This beauty is right by the highway. 5 mins from 80km/h to hucking my meat of a beautiful 45fter.

You know Monica? She was on my couch for a week in July. Nice girl, strong boater.

Yeah, I do. She's a Washington DC local. Back before she decided to tour the world, we paddled together a bunch. Mostly Great Falls on the Potomac river after work and the occasional trips to West Virginia. She is a solid boater and a fun girl to hang with. Glad to hear she's having no problem finding couches!

I think this is the same run. This video's been on youtube for a couple years and it's some of the most tight, solid paddling out there. Got me hooked on Mattafix as well.

A little more Norwegian paddle porn. It's a little bro-brah, but it's better than working.

Ah the germans - fun guys. That footage is all from around here, good early season Voss water. The big double drop is on the teigdallen just a 10 min drive from from my house I've yet to run it all but people say its an epic creek, sadly its been diverted for a hydro project and only runs 2-3 days a year now.
