Your dog just ate an avocado!
I lent a friend who owns a liquor store a set of atomic 165 slalom skis and he gave as rent a 12'er of Squatters hop rising and a six pack of Hopslam. I hope he wants to try some of my other boards. I like his currency.
If the shocker don't rock her, then Dr. Spock her. Dad.
Had a couple good ones tonight. Four Winds Juxtapose IPA from the west coast in BC and Moralite from Dieu Du Ceil! in Quebec. Both great canadian IPA's.
Had Melvin IPA and Pale Ale at a beerfest last weekend. Wow. The nose on those!!!
Isn't Uinta SLC based?
Anyway, good score with the armageddon and duckpin. Resin is solid IMO but not a favorite.
Utah mags should check out 2 Row Brewing if you enjoy good IPA's. Their Accelerator single IPA is delicious and one of the best beers I've had that was brewed in Utah. It's only available direct from the brewery near 6900 S 300 W, although they are working on getting into liquor stores.
The also produce a double IPA that uses a different hop blend in each batch. I forget what the most recent blend is, but I got some of it less than a week after it had been bottled and it was also a great, balanced but very hop forward double IPA. I'm just not as in love with DIPAs as I used to be.
It's expensive, but at least with their IPAs, the quality is worth the cost.
picked up some Lost Nation Galaxy on my way home from skiing today
born on date of 3-11-16!
Galaxy Hops smell so freaking good
this is a very good session IPA

Brain dead and made of money.
Didn't like the Watermelon, tasted like a jolly rancher = extract I'm guessing. However, it is slightly better straight from the bottle so you get less aroma.
The watermelon is a bit much compared to the grapefruit and pineapple, which are both winners IMO.
I think the watermelon is better than a Purple Haze or similar.
Fruit beer is REALLY hard to do, and Ballast Point does a great job with them.

I like the mixed 12-pack that Ballast Point/Constellation Brands is now doing (regular/grapefruit/pineapple). Now they just need to throw in a couple bottles of habanero to mix with the fruity ones.
CO Mags - If you're near Golden, stop in and try the Alpha7 IPA from Cannonball Creek. REALLY good.
For San Diego mags, Culture Brewing's 3X IPA is really really good. Way above expectations. Most small breweries mess up triples, but they nailed it.

Looking forward to a Cannonball Creek/ Comrade collaboration. Among many others at tomorrow's Collaboration fest at Mile Hi.

Just had a Summit Brewing 30th anniversary double IPA. Outstanding. Minimal malt. Very aromatic. A few types of experimental hops. Not overpowering for a DIPA. One of the best tasting best smelling IPA's I've had in a long time.

Asterisk and Mos Def at Thai Me Up recently..... Never had 100+ IBU 9% beers that are this crushable. Asterisk is pretty much straight Mosaic. Mos Def was a blend but lots of Citra. Kept licking my teeth and tasting fresh squeezed orange juice. Hoping they can keep the quality as high when distro finally Ramps up
