How about the crazy tweaker dude during the credits sequence? Nathan Fletcher does run on the Santa Cruz program, probably wasn't hard to track down a tweaker doing his thing. He even gives a shout out to that Ruffo character in the credits.

Reflexive verbs in Spanish are confusing. You are correct, it does mean "wash your hands."
But translated, literally, it means "wash yourself" (lavese, el mandato formal del verbo infinitivo, lavarse; lavar=to wash (el coche, quizas), lavarse= to wash one's self, (los juevos, quizas)), "the hands" (los manos).
