    Local whitey grocery had the mild and spicy curry pastes but nothing else. Pretty good with coconut milk, but I want to find and try the vindaloo, tikka masala and others.

    Bump for truth.

    Took Pinner's recipe, sub'd mild curry for madras, cauliflower for potatoes, chick peas for peas. Damned if the Hurlettes didn't eat all their cauliflower. It's a miracle.
