I have some 180cm Volant Chubbs (90mm waist) w/ Salomon 900S bindings (DIN to 12 I think) w/ a demo heel. They were recently tuned so the bases and edges are in good shape. Being stainless steel, the top sheets are almost bulletproof. They are right in your price range. PM to request pictures or make an offer.
