Thumbs up custom "dbskis" joins ski test

Ya you read correctly. db skis will be submitting pairs of their custom 06 models for the big mtn test to be held at whistler.

Oh and we will have a dbskis link on our website with a referral code. If you want to buy a custom pair of their skis use that referral code and get 5% off.

The auction for the 06 test skis should be very interesting

edit: my bad gang. It is only 5%. And you have to go through my site to get the referral code.

Well yes it was alittle bragging, but also posting up the discount for dbskis incase a mag or two was interested.

Now normally I would get in a flame war battle with you over your publications remarks. But since I know what is going on and you don't.

*Hint*. 06 model ski test results out 5 months before the mags gear test/review issues. hmmmmmmmm

I'll leave you to your flaming anus

Same to brah. We'll have the results for the 05 model midfat, carve, twin tip, and female specific skis by Dec 7. So far 2 companys are going to show up with their mid season release skis for the first section of testing.

We have the camera's and software to put up some good video for the tests. Working on forums for each tester where the public can ask them questions they need clarification on after each section of testing.

So are you getting all 3 models of DB skis?

Given that the skis can be changed a fair bit based on the individuals needs, how useful are the db tests going to be?
Avoid employing unlucky people - throw half of the pile of resume's in the bin without reading them.

The dbskis produced have differrent flex patterns offerred in various lengths in a couple of models. We are going to match testers up that want the different flex's db offers. This way we will be able to get out the best test info on them. I myself want to check out what the next version of the "sureal" will be.

But we are not going to just stop there. Researchtv is putting together an online survey for us to also find out the most popular flex/length/model needs from the public for dbskis and a couple of other smaller ski manufacturers that are in the test. We are targeting the 06 models with this survey. The survey should be up bye January on all our websites. Which will be 3 by then with the Redmtn site going online in December 04.

And you guys should really check out kooteney powder stix. After getting the skis and checking how the ski flex's. Well I can't wait to get on them. 120/92/104 www.boomtownsports.com

Who knows how much the test skis will sell for on ebay. They could go cheap.

Yes off of our chatrooms. We're setting that up now as well. We want to give you guys first dibs on the skis. The skis that don't get sold during that will go to ebay just hours after that is finished. I'll keep you guys informed when that will be.

    Ummmm. T. J. - I have a couple of questions for you.

    1. Who exactly does this testing?

    2. Who the hell writes your website text?

    3. How the fuck can they not use spellcheck?

    1. Everyday skiers. No world cup people, and no instructors. But true experts and intermediates. Many are maggots but are sworn to secracy. Ages 18-65. The Whistler test will mostly be of the big mtn experts.

    2. I write the text. I could give you all kinds of excuse's, but I'm footing the bill. No actually, and this is no lie. My computer goes by what is considered "Canadian English", which might sound abnormal to most people. We find and correct things as we go. We have a person that does PR work in NY doing all of our testing proposals, press releases etc. That and I'll have new computer this weds.

    3. Believe it or not I use spellcheck. Hey I'm one guy getting out better info than most resorts that have staffs of 100's. Sue me

Is that supposed to be 5% or is it actually 10%? I was under the impression that referral codes were 5% off... but 10 would be better!
Putting the "core" in corporate, one turn at a time.
