    SF Grand Prix

I watched the first couple of laps from the top of Fillmore - at Broadway or whatever they turn on.

Those guys fkn MOVE up that hill. Amazing. Completely blew my mind. I'll posts pics later if someone requests them (anyone? anyone?)

It was also cool to see every single nice bike in the city out there - I spent some serious time while waiting drooling over a turner 5 spot and a couple of santa cruz bikes.

    Any other maggots there?

I was amazed at how light and fluffy the powdery snow was and at how the challenge never ended.

I jumped on my kick ass highly collectible trashed picked bike, but only made it as far as the local coffee shop. I've watched the race in past years and thought it was cool.

Out of curiosity, were heaps of spectators clad in spandex? Seriously, dressing like a racer to watch a race is about as cool as wearing cleats and a helmet to a 49ers game.

Yes, there was WAY too much spandex on the less than racer-esque bodies of the crowd. Here are some of the pics; I'll put more up as I upload them to biglines. The random dude in the photos is not related to me; he was just standing in the way.

It's okay if you actually ride to the race, though, right?
