Probably just someone who happens to have a TGR sticker on their car, but who knows.
Gold or tan Ford Explorer with a TGR sticker on the back window. Two dogs in the back seat, looked like labs. Dark haired female passenger and male driver wearing a baseball cap. Spotted driving east on the West Seattle bridge about 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
