International Surfing Day - 6/20/09 - Baker Beach

Join Surfrider Foundation's SF Chapter on summer solstice, Saturday June 20, for a beach cleanup at Baker Beach! The event will also include a watershed walk along Lobos Creek: the last natural flowing creek in San Francisco, which was just lovingly restored by Surfrider member Michael Stewart.

10am - Noon. BBQ and Beach clean-up plus opportunity to win some prizes. Bring your skims boards and other fun beach items!

More information email Jules at jules@sfsurfrider.org. Hope to see you there!

Jules - you are surfer? Did not know this. I may make it up there for the event. Unless the souths are churning, and prospects look good; then I will be found somewhere in between SF and SC where the souths really pop. Baker alas will be flat.

    Great event.
