3br/1ba in Sugarhouse. Newly rennovated as of January. $950. Kinda blingy, but it's s00per nice. We looked at other places in the price range, and they didn't compare.

We've got no pics, but a few Utards here have seen it and maybe they'll step up.

I have stayed there and so did the MRS. Very nice place and the Frizzo's even did some improvements. There should be a nice garden next year.

The location is awesome and it has a nice big driveway. The house is in great condition and the basement/study is a great place to have a study and beat the heat in the summer. Nice floors, kitchen is great. Plus there is another study. Perfect setup.

Excellent place especially for the price.

how far is it from the U? im still pretty clueless as to where everything is around here. me and a couple of friends might be interested, id do pretty much anyhing to live off campus.

Yeah the freshman housing sucks. But just wait once the snow starts flying you'll forget how every little thing your roomate does annoys the shit out of you.

Did you clean up the horrible shit stains I left on the carpet after eating that 'chovy/pineapple 'za last month. And how about the spiders? Big fukking spiders crawling everywhere. Too think you likes staying in that creepy basement with those hairy bastards sneaking and crawling and lurking...NAAAAASTY SPIDERS!!!

Seriously though, no shit stains (I slept in my trusty Depends like I always do when trying to impress) and no spiders...just a killer nice place with a color scheme that calms the nerves and is condusive to drinking alot of booze. I like it but don't need it.
