Labor Day Working my Bank Account Hard

Well, I cruised all of the tent sales in Truckee this morning, some deals, but nothing I really needed.
On a tip, I stopped in Squaw Ski & Sports in TC, and then fate took over. Sitting against the wall was one last pair of Spatulas...$450. I tried to walk away...I even left the store at one point. But somehow my bank card jumped out of my wallet and into the credit card machine.

I'm super psyched, especially since the Solly green springs I just picked up match the color scheme perfectly. So crucial.

Now can I have some snow, please?!

I feel like I just woke up today from a hard night of drinking, and I'm just now realizing the extent of my irresponsible behavior. Fortunately, all I have to show for yesterday's binge is a pile of new ski stuff, instead of the usual scars & criminal record.

9a Wake up. go to heavenly's tent sale.

10a leave there with a small pile of new stuff, including a couple of pair of my favorite goggles, and a fancy pair of marmot gloves. then drive to kirkwood.

    11a Buy a kirkwood pass.

1p find another ski sale going on in South lake, buy another pair of nice expensive gloves.

I also recently put a deposit on a heavenly pass, too.

    Ouch. i'm broke.

    Wink

Gaper Stu was at the sale in the lot in Heavenly and you didn't give his fat ass a friendly kicking?

That $299 Heavenly pass deal is pretty good though...
