$15,500 is the drive out at our hospital. That includes ALL services.

My surgery was billed at 40k. Obvioulsly the isurance didn't pay that and if you had done it without insurance I am assuming it would be in that 15k range. Good Luck.

In Canada it might be less.. especially with the exchange rate.

I think it would be free, if they decide it's necessary. The damage I might due to it while I wait is what concerns me.
