    Cash fo school

Youz guyz ever had to come up with ways to make some coin while in school besides working...(schedule won't permit). I'm attending a guiding program out west working towards my ACMG cert.

    So far :

    - Make t-shirts and sweatshirts for student. (know any good suppliers ?)
    - Organise a party like this town has never seen before.
    - Run a cougar dating service hocking up poor students with the right neglected rich prowling mama

Seriously I need to get creative this fucking program as sweat as it may be is fucking expensive. I will repay in fresh track ! Maggot guiding service...humm.

    Thanxs for the help,

    Phil

It was to be expected...That's what I thought : the only thing I can offer that has any value is my body. My sexy body, I ain't gonna get far with that...

Well I'm off to get my pimp licence and get me some protection at the free clinic.

P.s. Theo : if we did only thing we could affort, where would be the adventure in that. No risk, no fun, now gotta figure a way to manage it. I know the maggots are creative and intelligent, anyone got a take on this ?

You could sell cheap Chinese scooters to dumb rich college kids at a 500% markup. They do that here a lot.

    Loans did it for me.

Paying them off sucks. But, it works.

I have no idea what I'm talking about, but isn't there something where they extract plasma from your blood and give you a chunk of change for it? Or is that the same thing as just giving blood?

I funded a great spring break in the Bahamas by creating and selling t-shirts.

I worked as a bartender for college parties, which not only was fun, provided free beers, but I was suddenly everyone's best friend.

I did writing tutoring - also a very cool job.

The party idea could work, but could also backfire. They're expensive to put on and you never know what's going to happen.

i tried plasma donation one time while home on break during college. it's certainly not the same thing as donating blood. friends and i went down into the city and found the right location, and went through the 90 minutes of waiting and questionaires. after watching a mandatory video, the three of us were taken away to separate rooms for preliminary bloodwork. one friend passed out at the sight of a needle, and the other wasn't eligible because of medication he was taking at the time because of seizures he'd had after a car wreck. lucky me.

leaving out many details and such, i was the only one who was a suitable plasma donor. i'm a horse. my friends left the office and went out for beers as i was led into a back room full of beds and medical equipment. there was an aroma of urine in the blood-letting chamber, since many of the donors were street-people or otherwise not that clean. the 'needle' they stick into your arm is a much larger gauge than something that'd be used to donate blood... since the stuff is sucked out of your arm, goes through a machine and then some of it is pumped back into your arm. the needle was about the diameter of a cocktail straw. the cycles of the blood-sucking machine were making me sick to my stomach. watching tubes of your own blood twist this way and that while conversing with quality folks from the streets don't really make yer stomach feel so hot. my nurse/attendant 'tanisha' wasn't really that loving or caring either. i don't think she was used to recreational plasma donors like myself.

i made a few bucks and could have returned a few days later, but it just wasn't my scene. can't be all that healthy to have so many needles pumping things into and out of one's arm, methinks. but the free cookies and juice were nice, so at least that's a plus. and the money spent well at the bar that night, and i got wasted extra quick.

Yeah... sounds awesome ! The phrase how low will you go comes to mind.

For now I got huge loans that will be costing me 400$ a month for 10 years when I'm done school.

I'll check out the bar tending scene, might be a great option.

Considered the drug work, would be easy but not worth it. Fuck jail, once is enough. Don't do it if you ain't willing to do the time. And I ain't willing to do the time. Freedom yo !

Working towards the t-shirts and hoodies, anyone know a decent supplier ? The one I got right now is in Montreal and is pretty expensive. West Coast Canada anyone ?

Thanks y'all, as always there is never an easy way out, just gotta brute it out.
