trigger pulled: moving to Truckee full time

Hey fellow Truckee mags, trigger has been pulled: I am "officially" a Truckee low-life full time as of yesterday @ 1PM PST.

I have been splitting my time between the bay and Truckee pretty evenly for the last 8 or so years.

Events forced my hand to make a decision and I decided to buy my partner out in Truckee and assume full ownership (and full mortgage + bills, ouch) of the house.

Gave up the rental in MILF Valley, and am now "full time" Truckee resident.

Look forward to doing some mountain and road biking this summer with all ya.

Also, want to see if there is an ultimate league, or at least good weekly pick-up game(s) this summer??

I can be found several times a week @ the Cottonwood, sitting in my corner spot of the bar, enjoying a beverage. Don't be shy, step-up and say "hi" if I don't know ya yet.

Feels good to have finally made a decision on where to lay my hat.

There used to be an Ultimate pick-up game Thursday eves at the field off 267 near the airport. That was a couple/few years back, check it out when it dries out & warms up.

in alaska recently, your name came up (met someone who split her time between SF & tahoe who knew a mutual friend of yours and mine (A.K.))....and we wondered why you weren't in the mountains full-time.
