Need a roommate in SLC

I've got a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, and I need a roommate. It's located at Pinnacle Highland, which is at 2000 E @ Bengal, about 1.5 miles from BCC, and maybe 5 from LCC, with a bus stop at the complex. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and I have furniture (king size bed, big screen TV, smaller TV, lamps, dresser, etc.) which you can use, or I can store it and you can use your own.

Rent is half of the $990 I pay, plus half of utilities, which is usually like 160, including HD cable and internet. Average month you'd run about $550, usually less. The room is only available until September 1st, when my lease is up, and I'm going to move to something a little more affordable, and closer to downtown, because this part of town dies at 9 pm.

Nice views of the Oquirrhs, grill, patio, HD DLP TV in the living room. The whole apartment is just under 1100 sq. ft, and the room for rent has the bigger closet. You have your own bathroom, but it's outside the door to the bedroom.

I'm also not insane, I won't cut off your limbs during the night or something. Room was last rented to a mag (the vor). I'm a mega nite-owl though, 2 is the average summer bedtime. A little messy, but nothing extreme. I do take good care of my stuff, and even better care of other people's stuff, though.
